INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix Bleu cheese and mayonnaise. Add water, garlic powder, MSG,
pepper and oil. Mix well. Chill before serving. A small amount of water can
be added if dressing is too thick.
For a creamy Bleu cheese dressing, mix all ingredients together in a
blender until smooth. Keeps well in refrigerator. Yield: 2 cups.
