12 Frozen blintzes; up to 18
1 Stick butter
1/4 c Orange juice
1/4 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Sour cream
6 Eggs
3 tb Sugar
Cinnamon
Sour cream
Jam

1. Place 12-18 frozen blintzes on the bottom of a flat greased
casserole. Use various flavors such as 1 package apple blintzes, 1
package blueberry blintzes, 1 package cheese blintzes, etc. Arrange
in alternate flavors.
2. Blend part "B" in food processor or blender.
3. Pour over frozen blintzes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 55
minutes at 350 degrees.
4. Serve with sour cream or jam. May be made in advance and baked one
hour before serving.
