INGREDIENTS

12 Frozen cheese blintzes
1/4 lb Butter
4 Eggs
1 c Sour cream
1/4 c Sugar
1 ds Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Melt butter in large pan.
2. Layer blintzes in bottom of pan.
3. In mixer, beat eggs, add sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat well.
4. Pour over blintzes.
5. Bake 1 hour at 350. Can make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
