INSTRUCTIONS
Combine flour, salt, milk & eggs in blender & mix until smooth. Heat
6" skillet & brush with butter. Pour 2-3 Tbls. of batter & fry until
just set. Turn once & fry briefly on other side. Remove from pan, set
aside & continue until all batter is used. This should yield 12 very
soft blintzes. Beat ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla & mace. Place 1
Tbls. of filling on each. Fold them & stack in baking dish. Warm
blintzes for 10-15 minutes in 350 oven. Put currants, sugar, lemon
juice & wine in saucepan & bring to boil. Lower heat & simmer for 5
minutes. Pour sauce over blintzes & serve hot.
