INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Melt butter in saucepan; add
sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture gradually, mixing well.
Spread in 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle with chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes. Cool in pan; cut into bars. Makes 48.
