INGREDIENTS

18 oz The Pasta Shoppe pasta
1/2 Green pepper; chopped
3 Tomatoes; diced and drained
3/4 lb Bacon; cooked and crumbled
1 Hard cooked egg; diced
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta as directed, drain and rinse with cold water. Add remaining
ingredients and season to taste. If you are making it ahead, keep
chilled until serving and wait to add the bacon just before serving.
Yield: 6 servings.
