INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Cider vinegar
1 T Sugar
1/2 t Pepper
1/4 t Salt
2 T Vegetable oil
1 T Lemon juice
1/2 t Garlic, fresh finely
chopped
4 c Lettuce, torn
1 Avocado, peeled cut into
wedges
1 Tomato, ripe cut into
wedges
1/2 c Onion, sliced 1/8 thick
separated into rings
1 11 oz. Mandarin orange
segments drained
1/2 c Blue cheese, crumbled
8 Bacon, crisp crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

Time: 20 minutes In a small bowl stir together all dressing
ingredients. On a platter or individual salad plates place lettuce.
Arrange avocado, tomato, onion and mandarin orange segments on
lettuce; sprinkle with blue cheese and bacon. Pour dressing over
salad. Yield: 6 servings.  NUTRITION INFORMATION ( 1 Serving ):
