INSTRUCTIONS
TOSS TOGETHER
Preheat the oven to 375F. Grease muffin tin. Mix flour, baking powder,salt
and sugar in a large bowl. Add the egg, milk and butter, stirring only
enough to dampen the flour; the batter should not be smooth. To add
blueberries: mix together second measure of sugar and flour, sprinkle it
over blueberries, toss gently and stir them into batter last. Spoon into
the muffin pans filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
