INSTRUCTIONS
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and soda in a large bowl. Combine eggs,
yogurt, applesauce, and oil. Stir into dry ingredients until moist. Fold in
blueberries. Pour into muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400
for 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
