INGREDIENTS

1 Navel orange; peeled and sectioned, freeze segments for at least 3 hours
2 ts Grated orange peel
2/3 c Frozen blueberries
1 c Skim milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Puree the fruit in a food processor or blender, scraping down the
sides with a rubber spatula. Add the milk and process until well
blended.
