4 Ripe nectarines; pitted and sliced
; 1/2-inch thick
4 Ripe peaches; pitted and sliced
; 1/2-inch thick
1 pt Ripe blueberries
1 Lemon; juice of
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 Stick unsalted butter; chilled and cut
; into small pieces
1/4 c Quick-cooking oats

How to Prepare the Fruit:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
2. Arrange the fruit in a buttered baking dish. Toss the fruit with
the lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
How to Prepare the Crumble:
1. In a small bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar.
2. With your fingers, blend the butter into the flour/sugar mixture
until it resembles a coarse meal.
3. Stir in the oats and sprinkle on top of the fruit.
4. Bake until the fruit is soft and the topping is brown, about 20-30
minutes.
