INSTRUCTIONS
Pick over blueberries, discarding any that are overripe, green, or
discolored. Put into a 4 cup glass measure. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover
tightly with microwave plastic wrap. Cook at 100 percent for 3
minutes. Remove from oven. Uncover, pour into the workbowl of a food
processor and puree. Pass through a fine sieve. Add cinnamon.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
