Thankfulness to God is a recognition that God in His goodness and faithfulness has provided for us and cared for us, both physically and spiritually. It is a recognition that we are totally dependent upon Him; that all that we are and have comes from God.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in
blueberries and orange peel. In another bowl, beat eggs; add milk and oil.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into a greased 9x5x3
inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near
the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove to a wire
rack to cool completely. Serve with cream cheese if desired. Yield 1 loaf.

A Message from our Provider:
“We can do nothing, we say sometimes, we can only pray. That, we feel, is a terribly precarious second-best. So long as we can fuss and work and rush about, so long as we can lend a hand, we have some hope; but if we have to fall back upon God — ah, then things must be critical indeed! #A.J. Gossip”
