INSTRUCTIONS
Combine 1st five ingredients and let stand overnight. Drain in colander
but do not press. Place in a large kettle and add remaining ingredients
(pickling spice in cheesecloth). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer
for 15 minutes. Fill jars and process for 10 minutes. Fills 12 - 8oz.
