Cloves garlic

Oil (vegetable or olive)
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Set oven to 425. Wash potatoes (do not peel). Cut potatoes in half
lengthwise. Cut each half into 3 slices lengthwise. Peel garlic cloves.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until evenly coated. Line a 9x13 baking pan
or sheet with parchment paper. Put potatoes and garlic in pan and bake for
30-40 minutes.
Variations:
1. Substitute rosemary for garlic.
2. Use oil that is preseasoned such as roasted
garlic, herb, hot and spicy.
