Ingredients: 10 lb Beef; 5 lb Pork or mutton fat; (Sheep tail).; 2 tb Coriander seed ground; 1/2 Grated nutmeg; 4 tb Salt; 2 tb Ground cloves; 2 tb Allspice; 2 tb Pepper; 2 tb Chile powder or to taste *

INSTRUCTIONS

Mince beef and cut fat into small cubes. Mix all ingredients well. Cover
for one hour. Fill large size skins (casings) and tie ends.
