God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
Grains 1 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 qt Green uncooked peanuts
1/2 c Salt
2 1/2 qt Water
Chopped jalapenos

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash Peanuts until water runs clear. Put clean peanuts in crockery
pot, add salt, chiles and water; stir. Cook, covered, on high for 5
to 7 hours. Add additional water during cooking, if necessary, to
keep peanuts covered.
Note: I cook mine on low for at least 12 hours until done. Randy uses
habs, I think.
