1/2	c	Chopped celery
1/2	c	Chopped carrots
1		Onion, chopped

1	c	Canned or fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook bologna in water for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for
an additional 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
