INGREDIENTS

2 c Mashed banana, about 4
large or 6 small
1/2 Sugar, I use about 1/3 cup
1 t Vanilla
1 1/2 c White flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
2 t Baking powder
1/2 t Baking soda
1/2 t Salt
Shake of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Fold dry ingredients into wet, just til blended. Bake in loaf pan at
