INSTRUCTIONS
TO DECORATE
1. Stir the chopped herbs into the pineapple juice and chill for
several hours.
2. When ready to serve, strain and stir in the mineral water.
3. Add a dash of bitters.
4. Serve each helping with a measure of vodka if desired and a
marjoram flower floating on the top.

NOTES : Borage has been used to flavour and garnish wine cups since
the time of the ancient Greeks, who said that the herb banished
melancholy and made people cheerful. Certainly, the sight of the
bright blue flowers bobbing on the top of this delicious mixture are
