INSTRUCTIONS
Pour beans into crockpot; add water. Soak for at least 6 hours or
overnight. Cover pot and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or until beans are
tender. Add salt, molasses, mustard, brown sugar, and onion. Cut salt pork
into 2 or 3 pieces. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours. Keep hot in
crockpot.
