INGREDIENTS

| 1 1/2 | lb | Ground beef |
| 2 | c | Fresh bread crumbs |
| 1 | c | Sour cream |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1/4 | ts | Dried thyme or basil,crushed |
| 1 | tb | All-purpose flour |
| 1 1/2 | c | (6oz) shredded cheddar |
| 3 1/2 | c | Hot cooked asst. vegetables |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine soup mix, ground beef, bread crumbs, sour cream, egg and thyme in large bowl. Sprinkle flour into 9 inch pie pan. Press ground beef mixture onto bottom and up side of pan, shaping edge 3/4 inch above pan and forming a center well. Bake in preheated 350F oven 40 minutesl; drain. Layer 3/4 cup of the cheese, the vegetables and then remaining 3/4 cup cheese on meat mixture. Bake 10 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Source: Favorite Recipes ch.
