INGREDIENTS

2 lb Okra; tops trimmed and chopped into bite size pieces
2 tb Vegetable broth
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 lg Green pepper; chopped
1 cn (28 oz) whole tomatoes + juice or 3-4 large tomatoes, chopped
3 lg Cloves garlic; minced (up to 4)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Throw everything into a large pot, cover, and cook on medium heat until
tender, about an hour.
