INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 | lb | Seitan, sliced 1/2 inch |

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients, except the seitan in a skillet with a heavy bottom and a tight lid. Cook gently for 20 30 minutes. Spread 1/2 of the onion mixture on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer the seitan slices and spread the remaining onions on top.
