INSTRUCTIONS
Remove rind of Brie cheese, if desired. Bring cheeses to room
temperature; blend with brandy. Serve pears with cheese mixture.
Storage Tip: Brandied Brie Spread will keep at least two weeks when
refrigerated.
Quantity: Makes about 3/4 cup spread.
