Butter |
INSTRUCTIONS
Make a batter with the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, orange zest, vanilla
and Grand Marnier.
Slice the brioche 11/2" thick and allow to soak in the batter.
Gently heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan and fry the brioche
slices gently until golden brown on both sides.
Remove and serve immediately with custard or ice cream.
