Dairy, Eggs Dessert 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Bread cubes; firmly packed
2 c Milk
3 Eggs; lightly beaten
2 Ripe bananas; sliced
1 Apple; peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F. Soak bread in milk for 10 minutes. Mash bread
mixture, then stir in eggs, bananas, apple, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon.
Pour mixture into buttered souffle dish. Place souffle dish in pan of hot
water in oven. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1
to 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and let cool. To serve, top with whipped
