INSTRUCTIONS
Place butter in an 8 inch square baking dish. Microwave at high (100%)
until melted, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in bread, toss to coat. In a small
bowl combine half and half, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and
eggs. Microwave at medium high (70%) until heated, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Pour
over bread cubes. Mix well. Stir in raisins. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at medium high (70%) until center is soft set, 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
