Dry bread cubes (about 3 1/2 slices) |

INSTRUCTIONS
Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Place bread
cubes in an 8x1 1/2-inch round baking dish. Sprinkle raisins over bread.
Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a
knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
