INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the bread in very tiny cubes. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a large saucepan, add seeds, splutter.
Add onion, tomatoes and cook till tender.
Add in bread and all other ingredients.
Stir well to mix the masalas evenly.
Garnish with more coriander if desired.
Serve hot.
Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Best in: Common ailments when spicy foods burn in the throat, and
bland ones taste bitter.
