| 1/2 | ts | Honey |
| 1/8 | ts | Hot pepper sauce |
| 1 1/2 | lb | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; (cut in 1" strips) |

INSTRUCTIONS
I found these at a great site called "Aa-a-hh-h-h...Now You're Cooking!" They look really good. This site can be found at http://www2.netdoor.com/~billover/Hope you enjoy them! Combine milk, honey & hot pepper sauce. Add chicken strips & marinate at least 10 minutes. Combine cornflakes, ginger, thyme, tarragon & cayenne. Dip the chicken strips into the cornflake mixture. Place the chicken on a jelly roll pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 F for 10 - 15 minutes until crispy. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired.
