INSTRUCTIONS

If using bay scallops, leave whole. Ocean scallops cut in half. Season
scallops with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour and coat with egg. Dredge in
breadcrumbs. Deep fry 2-3 mins. Garnish with lemon.
