INSTRUCTIONS
Cook bacon in large non-stick frying pan; drain and crumble. In same pan,
cook onion and pepper until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Cook eggs over medium heat without stirring until eggs begin to set.
Continue to stir gently and allow to set until cooked. Add bacon and
vegetables to eggs. Spoon mixture onto tortillas; top with cheese. Fold or
roll tortillas. Serve with toppings, if desired.
