INGREDIENTS

| 1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
| 1 1/2 | c | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
| 1 1/2 | lb | Sausage |
| 3 | sl | White bread |
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown sausage. Drain on paper towel. Mix together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. DO NOT BEAT. Break bread into small pieces and drop into mixture. Add cheese and sausage.
