Frozen meatless ground beef substitute; thawed ie, Gimme Lean or Green Harvest Crumbles

Stalks celery; minced

All-purpose flour

Skim milk

Egg white

INSTRUCTIONS
Place thawed ground beef substitute in bowl, add the spices and oatmeal.
Mix well. Add celery and onion to ground beef substitute mixture. Mix well.
Form into 18 small balls. Place balls into sprayed muffin tins.
Place flour in bowl, make a well in the middle, pour in the milk and egg
white, blend well. Gradually add water while mixing. Pour mixture evenly
over balls. Bake in 425F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
