INGREDIENTS

4 | oz | Monterey Hack cheese |

4 | oz | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 | 4-oz chopped green chiles | |

1/2 | t | Chicken-flavored bouillon |

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cracker crumbs and seasoning mix, stirring well. Dredge chicken in crumb mixture, and place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Sauce green onions in butter in a skillet until tender. Stir in whipping cream and remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
