INGREDIENTS

1 Head of cabbage, shredded
1 White onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Red pepper, chopped
1 Carrot, grated
3 T Minced parsley
1/2 c Cider vinegar
3 T Sugar
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t White pepper
1/2 c Salad oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all salad ingredients; toss to mix. Combine all dressing
ingredients in a jar or shaker. Shake to blend well. Pour mixed
dressing over salad. Cover and chill. Gently toss at serving time.
