INGREDIENTS

1 Sheet Matzah per person; (or more as desired)
1 Egg per sheet of matzah
Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Break up the Matzah into a mixing bowl.
Add the egg and some milk.
Mix together and let the mixture soak for 10 minutes.
Heat a fry pan and pour in the mixture. Let the mixture sit in the
hot pan for 5 - 10 minutes.
Put the Matzah Brei onto a plate then put it back into the pan
uncooked side down. Let it sit for another 5 minutes.
When you take out the Matzah Brei it should be golden brown.
To serve cut pieces out as if it were a cake and add either sugar or
salt depending on your taste.
