Broccoli And Bits-o-barley Bake

INGREDIENTS

1/3 c AM Bits-O-Barley
3/4 c Water
1/4 t Sea salt, optional
1/2 c Shredded Monterey Jack
1 Cream of broccoli soup

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except soup and cheese in a small sauce pan.
Bring to a boil.  Remove from heat, cover and let stand 2-3 minutes.
Add soup (undiluted) and cheese, bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 F. or
until mixture is heated through.  SUGGESTION: Add some sauteed onions,
bell pepper, celery or spices of  your choice.  Source: Arrowhead Mills
