God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)
There is a way of ordering our mental life on more than one level at once. On one level we can be thinking, discussing, seeing, calculating, meeting all the demands of external affairs. But deep within, behind the scenes, at a profounder level, we may also be in prayer and adoration, song and worship, and a gentle receptiveness to divine breathings.

1
c
Shredded Mozzarella cheese; (if desired)
5
Eggs; (5 to 6)
2
Pie crusts; (Mrs. Smith's very good)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook chicken breasts until almost done. If you are using the microwave, it
will take about 13 minutes. Cut up in pieces. Cook broccoli until almost
done. Drain to get rid of excess water. Mix mushroom soup, cheeses, eggs,
chicken and broccoli. Pour into pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for about
40 minutes.
For best results, let quiche set overnight in refrigera- tor and reheat the
next day either in the microwave or stove. Note: If the quiche does not sit
long enough it will not be firm, but will be very runny.
