Broccoli and Pine Nuts

INGREDIENTS

Fresh broccoli;
1
tb
Betty's Butter
3
tb
Fresh lime juice;
1/4
c
Toasted pine nuts(pignoli)
INSTRUCTIONS
Trim off fresh stems and cut broccoli into flowerets about 3" long.
Steam over boiling water until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Drain
and let dry on paper towels. In a non-stick skillet and stir-fry 3
minutes. Just before serving, toss pine nuts.
