INGREDIENTS

3/4 lb Bone/skinless chicken breast
2 ts Oil
1 cn Broccoli cheese soup
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
3/4 c Water
1 1/2 c Minute rice
2 c Broccoli, florets
1 Red & yellow peppers,thin

INSTRUCTIONS

Cube chicken breasts. In frying pan, brown chicken in hot oil. In large
bowl combine soups and water. Add to chicken, bring to a boil. Add rice.
Cover, simmer 5 minutes. Add broccoli and peppers, simmer, uncovered 5
minutes until vegetables are tender crisp.
