INGREDIENTS

2 ts Onion
2 ts Melted butter
3 ts Flour
1 c Grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Milk
1 1/2 c Boiling water
5 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 pk Frozen broccoli; (10 oz.)

INSTRUCTIONS

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour and pepper,
add milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add cheese. In another pan
dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, add frozen broccoli, cook until
tender. Add to cheese mixture; blend.
