Eggs, Dairy English Casserole 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 Frozen chopped broccoli
2 Eggs, beaten
1 Cream of mushroom soup
1 c Mayonnaise
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
1 c Grated sharp cheese
1 Onion, chopped
1 17-oz English peas
drained
1/2 c Cracker crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook broccoli by package directions. Drain. Beat eggs & mix together
with everything else except broccoli, peas & crumbs. Butter a 2-quart
casserole. Alternate layers of broccoli, peas & sauce. Make 2 layers
of each. Top with cracker crumbs & bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves
