1/4 c Peanut oil
2 c Broccoli florets
1/4 c Scallion; sliced
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Basil leaves
1/2 lb Pasta twists; cooked
1 c Cherry tomatoes; halved
1/2 c Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute Broccoli, scallions and garlic. Add basil, salt. Remove toss with
cooked pasta, cheese and tomatoes. Chill
