1/2 c Freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1/2 c Tightly packed broccoli florets
1/2 c Blanched almonds
1/4 c Chicken stock
6 Garlic cloves; chopped
1 tb Balsamic vinegar
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you
have a smooth paste.
Yield: about 2 cups
