INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pk | (10ounce) frozen chopped broccoli (thawed) -or- |
| 6 | c | Fresh broccoli* |
| 1 | cn | (10-3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | c | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | c | Shredded Cheddar cheese, divided |
| Breadcrumbs |
INSTRUCTIONS
*If using fresh broccoli, boil in small amount of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes. Place broccoli in a casserole dish. Combine the soup, mayonnaise, egg, and 3/4 cup cheese and pour over broccoli. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
