Broccoli Rice-A-Roni Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 Onion; chopped
1 Rib Celery
1/4 c Margarine; (1/2 stick)
1 pk (10-oz) Chopped broccoli (frozen); cooked & drained
1 Box Chicken Rice-A-Roni
1 cn (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Chicken soup; (can)
1 Jar; (4-oz) Cheese Whiz
1 ds Tabasco sauce
Pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook Rice-A-Roni according to directions. Saute onion and celery in
margarine until tender. Combine onion and celery with rice and remaining
ingredients. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish. Bake 350 deg. F until hot and
bubbly.
