Broccoli, Rice And Cheese Casserole

Dairy Broccoli 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 T Butter or margarine
1/2 c Onion, diced
1/2 c Celery, diced optional
1 1-quart canning jars
1 Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Jar, 8 Oz. Processed
Cheese Spread
1 10 Oz. frozen chopped
broccoli ste
3 c Rice, Cooked
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix with soups, cheese,
broccoli and 1 cup of the rice. Grease a large casserole dish and  line
with remaining rice. Add broccoli mixture and sprinkle with  paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes  6-8
servings. Note: If you want to make this into a main dish, mix in  2 to
3 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey. Posted to  recipelu-digest by
