Eggs Salads, To post 12 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 pk Frozen Broccoli Spears; <OR>
1 bn Fresh Broccoli; cook & chop lightly
4 Hard-Boiled Eggs; chopped
1 tb Gelatin
1/4 c Cold Water
1 c Condensed Consommé
3/4 c Mayonnaise
4 tb Worcestershire Sauce
2 tb Lemon Juice
1 ds Tabasco Sauce
1 tb (Scant) Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the broccoli and eggs. Soften the gelatin in cold water and add heated
consommé. Stir until the consommé dissolves the gelatin; then add the rest
of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and eggs. Mix well. Pour into
a ring mold or 12 individual molds. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with
fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
